Beauty Without Cruelty?

At Alva Natural Skincare we don't believe beauty should be at any price. Is it really necessary to use silk in skincare products to impart a soft silky feeling to the delicate eye area? Is it really necessary to wear the blood of dead insects to give colour and vibrancy to our cheeks? For silk to be used in skincare products, or any products for that matter, the silkworm gives up its life. Click on silk and scroll down to the 'Animal Rights' paragraph for more information. All Alva products are cruelty-free and PETA approved, and the strict guidelines of the EcoCert organic certification organisation prohibit the use of any products that have been obtained by killing or harming either vertebrates or invertebrates.
