Shipping charges will be added on the checkout page, and covered by the purchaser unless the order exceeds the carriage paid order amount; above this alva Natural Cosmetics will carry the cost of postage.
Up to a weight of 2.5kg, both domestic and international delivery is by Royal Mail; for parcel weights above 2.5kg deomestic and international delivery will be by Parcel Force.
VAT is applicable to orders placed by residents of the UK and member states of the EU. All international orders for destinations outside the UK & EU are VAT exempt, and the VAT element of the order will be taken off at the checkout; this will equate to a 20% discount from the order total. The free delivery of orders of £120 and over to international destinations is based on the price exclusive of VAT.

Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from alva.co.uk, please follow the returns procedure:
Returns should be made within 28 days of purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject ‘Return request - order number’ (the order number is shown on the delivery note), including details of the items you wish to return, together with a reason for their return. Outside of the 28 day returns period, we can only accept items where there is a mechanical fault, i.e.: if a mascara wand should break or work itself loose.
When a return request is received we will then send you a return code that should be clearly written on the outside of the box/packet you return the faulty goods in.
